Sakar Sankalp Foundation is committed to transparency. This policy explains when and how donation refunds may be processed.
General Policy
Donations made to Sakar Sankalp Foundation are generally voluntary and non-refundable, as funds are allocated promptly to on-ground programs and beneficiary support.
Eligible Refund Cases
Duplicate transactions due to technical errors may be refunded after verification.
Unauthorized payments reported within 7 days with valid proof may be reviewed for refund.
Campaign-specific refunds apply only if a campaign is cancelled before fund utilization, as stated on the campaign page.
Refund Process
Email contact@sakarsankalp.org with transaction ID, date, amount, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
